1. Account Registration

To place an order, you may be required to provide a valid mobile number and email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are inclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery charges are applied per order based on distance.
• For **Cash on Delivery (COD)**, customers must pay the full amount at the time of delivery.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement. Once the restaurant begins preparing the food, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds for online payments will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver within the estimated time shown; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. We are not liable for such delays.

5. User Conduct

Any misuse of coupons, fake orders, or harassment of delivery riders will result in immediate account suspension.
